Will my pricing change?
No, we have no intention on changing your pricing as part of this acquisition. Please consider the price you were previously paying as the price you'll continue to pay.
Will my package change?
We will not downgrade any packages, but some will be upgraded to our next most suitable plan.
Where can I manage my account?
We've moved all TeraDelta client accounts over to https://portal.smallweb.net - We ask that you reset your password for added security when you access the new Portal.
What if I'm already a SmallWeb customer?
If you already have an account with SmallWeb your TeraDelta services will be in your existing account.
Will my service be migrated?
We'll be migrating services to our own infrastructure by March 10th 2021.
